Sales Assistant / Critical Software - Porto

This is a professional with responsibility of assisting the sales teams in achieving their sales targets. The Sales Assistant reports to one or more Sales Director and Sales Manager.

The responsibilities of the Sales Assistant include:
•Assisting in developing proposals, quotes, and price estimates;
•Assisting in representing the company in marketing events;
•Assisting in scheduling sales meetings and appointments for the sales team;
•Executing inside sales calls;
•Researching and prospecting online; customer lead contact identification;
•Maintaining the CRM organized and up to date;
•Maintaining the contact database up to date;
•Other sales assistance tasks.

Key Skills:
Fluent in the English language, preferably bilingual;
Advanced capabilities in Office apps such as Word, Office, Outlook; Natural communication skills, outgoing personality, positive and engaging attitude face to face and on the phone;
Previous experience in sales of any kind is valued;
College Degree (arts, management, science, etc );
Ability to work in a team;
Previous experience in marketing of any kind is valued;
Persistent, does not take no for an answer, follows through tasks to completion;
Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple simultaneous assignments.
