Help Desk Technician - Coimbra

This is a full time position to work for Critical Software at our corporate headquarters (Coimbra, Portugal). As a help desk technician, who will interact with existing personnel, it is expected that the highest levels of professionalism are upheld.

Responsibilities
• Day to day network administration of workstations including adding users, printers, installing applications, etc.
• Installing, upgrading, and repairing workstations and operating systems.
• Working with clients to provide technical and follow-on support related to key business applications.
• Validate and process all incoming support requests.
• Liaison with third-party suppliers, when necessary and applicable.

Skills
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts.
• Sharp memory and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent client communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Organised, proactive and responsible.
