Senior Account Manager

Xerox is currently looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to be based in Lisbon.

Scope of role/Main responsibilities:

Manage retail Print, POS and Promo campaigns from brief to delivery for a global brand company: deliver high quality print management services as the main point of contact between clients marketing teams, approved suppliers and artwork agencies.
Working for a leading global Marketing Communications outsourcing company, this role works as a dedicated full-time implant serving one of the world’s top Pharmaceutical&Retail companies. You have a passion for in-store marketing. You advise marketing clients on the best Print, POS and Promo ideas seen across retail today and build high quality, innovative yet economical 2D and 3D POS solutions for them. Once agreed, you project manage the client brief through the end-to-end process of execution, ensuring that the brief is procured, produced, quality controlled and then delivered to the correct stores in perfect quality and on-time thus ensuring a successful go-live of the (in-store) campaign. The role works on-site alongside the marketing teams so expect a fast-paced & demanding environment associated with the world of retail marketing. Skills in creativity, problem solving and detailed “fault-free” project management are essential.
The Senior account manager is responsible for building and maintaining the relationship with key stakeholders at our client location. You deliver scheduled SLA reports to the client and take part in regular service reviews together with the European Service Delivery Manager. You actively provide leadership for the Xerox on/near site team to deliver operational excellence to ensure the achievement of employers goals.

Major responsibilities
·Manage all projects concerning Print, in-store POS material and Promo - from receiving the brief of the client, providing detailed briefing to production suppliers and until delivery.
·Providing timely and accurate management of marketing projects that meet SLA by ensuring milestone approvals are completed to schedule – delivery deadlines, artwork uploads, approval etc.
·Ensuring first class service is delivered to client
·Proactively manage questions and issues from the client and to advise and solve accordingly in a timely manner.
·Building and maintaining excellent internal relationships with clients, stakeholders and external relationships with suppliers and artwork agencies.
·Ensuring that SLA data is collected and recorded
·Provide to and discuss SLA reports with key client stakeholders on regular basis
·Liaise with the client, the on/near site team and European back office team
·Identify and develop new innovative solutions for the client regarding Print, POS and Promo material
·Identifying cost or performance improvement opportunities
·Support European Service Delivery Manager and Client Director in broader opportunities
·Provide leadership to on/near site team
·Reporting to European Service Delivery Manager

Profile
·BA or equivalent; Marketing Management or Business Management preferred.
·Project management experience in an FCMG/retail environment.
·Good understanding of all types of Print and POS used in the retail environment including the process of procurement & production of POS.
·Good understanding of FMCG and possibly pharmaceutical environment
·Strong people management skills
·Knowledge of Promo (Premiums) is a benefit
·Knowledge and experience of printing processes e.g digital, litho offset, screen printing, flexo and large format litho.
·Knowledge and experience of working with multiple substrates; able to recommend the correct substrate for the job, including papers and boards.
·Be commercially aware and have strong client service skills.
·Strong organisational skills, often multi-tasking several projects simultaneously.
·Ability to prioritise and ensure logical execution of task.
·Ability to work in a structured and accurate manner, excellent attention to detail in order to administrate daily tasks.
·Knowledge of MS Office and an ability to use existing and new technologies.
