In line with SELLBYTEL Group’s Technical Support and Service project, we are currently recruiting a Program Manager to be part of an exciting new team, working for the leader in the technological sector (computers, MP3, telecommunication, entertainment) in Lisbon.
Main tasks
• Proactive resolution of performance criteria issues;
• Timely and accurate reporting;
• Interface and timely resolution of issues related to the service provided;
• Point of contact and regular communication with the customer;
• Analyze and understand processes and KPIs;
• Weekly staff meetings;
• Drive best practices.
Requirements:
• English at near native level;
• Previous experience in a call center environment;
• Experience in Telemarketing or Technical Support
• Management experience;
• Very high level of Excel skills;
• Self-motivated;
• Results driven;
• Resistance to stress.
