SONAE INDÚSTRIA, an international wood-based company, has a vacancy in the Information Systems Department (m/f):
FUNCTION GOALS:
- Support for Domino, Sametime, Traveler , Quickr and LEA (IXOS) Systems.
- Provisioning Service Requests: Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
- Escalating to the supplier, managing those events and the related communication.
- Answering technical queries and training end-users.
- Troubleshooting and deeply analyzing any reported problems.
- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with Messaging, Collaborative and Archive systems.
- Performing routine audits of Messaging, Collaborative and Archive systems and software.
- Applying the applications (Domino, Sametime, Traveler , Quickr and LEA) updates, patches, and configuration changes.
- Define and implement Policies & Procedures.
- Execution of PoCs, Solutions Building and Architecture Projects.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Degree in Information Engineering or equivalent
- Lotus Domino Experience (minimum 3 years)
- LEA (IXOS) Administration / Systems and Network
- Fluency in English
- Dynamic, persistent, dedicated, team player
