• Work directly with Amazon Web Service architects to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
• Leverage your extensive customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how our customers use our services
• Drive customer communication during critical events
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in Linux Systems Administration (Redhat, Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, etc…)
• Strong written and spoken English language skills
• A very strong customer focus
• Ability to juggle many tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment
• Be a self-starter who is excited about technology.
Preferred Qualifications
• Support / Troubleshooting experience
• Exposure to MySQL or Oracle Database Administration
• Exposure to Shell/Perl/Python/PHP scripting
• IP Networking Experience
• Understanding of Virtualization Technologies
• Understanding of Cloud services
